SO-ME is a fashion discovery platform. Because you buy directly from the retailer, returns are governed by that retailer's own policy — not by SO-ME.
On each product page we show the retailer's return window (e.g. "28 days"), whether returns are free or paid, and any flat-fee return-postage amount we've verified from their published policy. The accordion under the buy button has the full detail.
Where the retailer charges a flat fee deducted from your refund — for example "£1.99 deducted from refund" — we surface this clearly so there are no surprises at the point of return.
Follow the returns process on the retailer's website (typically a "Returns" or "My Orders" section). The link to the retailer's returns page is in the Delivery & Returns accordion of every product page.
SO-ME does not accept returns directly. We have no access to your order, no warehouse, and cannot process refunds on a retailer's behalf.
UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) gives you a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases, regardless of the retailer's stated policy. If you believe a retailer is breaching this, contact them in writing first. If they remain unresponsive, you can escalate to your card provider via Section 75 (credit) or chargeback (debit), or contact Citizens Advice.
You can also email us at hello@so-me-app.com — we'll flag the merchant internally if there's a pattern of issues.
