SO-ME is a fashion discovery platform. We don't sell or ship products ourselves. When you click "Buy at [Retailer]" on a product page, you complete your order on that retailer's website, and they handle delivery.
On each product page, the "Delivery & Returns" section shows the standard delivery cost and typical lead time for that retailer in the UK. We source this from each retailer's published delivery page and re-verify it periodically.
Final delivery cost, available services (express, click-and-collect) and any free-shipping thresholds are confirmed at the retailer's checkout. The figure shown on SO-ME is the standard rate for guidance.
For some retailers we don't yet have structured delivery data. In those cases the page will say "Delivery handled by [Retailer] — see their site for current shipping costs and lead times." You can find the live information on the retailer's own delivery page before completing your order.
If a parcel is late, lost or damaged, contact the retailer you bought from — they're the seller of record and the only party with access to your order. If a retailer is unresponsive, you can email us at hello@so-me-app.com and we'll do what we can to help.
