SO-ME displays product information — images, descriptions, prices — supplied by retailers and brands via affiliate networks (Awin, Sovrn / VigLink) or direct feeds. Trade marks, brand names and product images belong to their respective owners and are used here solely to identify the products you can buy through those retailers.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on SO-ME infringes your intellectual property — for example, a brand image being used incorrectly, a counterfeit listing, or a trade mark misuse — please email us with the details and we'll review and remove or correct the listing within five working days.

To report, please include:

Your name, organisation and contact details
The exact URL(s) on shop.so-me-app.com containing the alleged infringement
A description of the right being infringed (registered trade mark, copyright, etc.)
Evidence of ownership where applicable (registration number, etc.)
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised

Send the report to hello@so-me-app.com with "IP" in the subject line.

Counterfeit listings

We display products from established UK and international retailers and don't knowingly list counterfeits. If you spot a listing you believe is counterfeit, report it as above and we'll investigate. Where appropriate we'll also remove the offending feed at source so the same listing doesn't reappear.
